Yes, American citizens should hold a valid passport with more than 6 months until expiration. If guests are flying with non-American passports, it is at the responsibility of the traveler to look into any Mexican visa requirements.
If you would like to extend your travel dates, please notify us of any plans you have to arrive or depart outside of the tournament dates. Stars & Stripes cannot guarantee flight changes as these will be based on flight availability and additional hotel nights at the Hilton Los Cabos will be paid to the hotel directly. Please email us at info@starsandstripestournament.com to obtain pricing for PRE/POST night stays at the hotel.
Early arrivals and/or extended stays are based on hotel availability. While we will make every effort to keep you in the same room throughout your stay, it may not be possible due to hotel occupancy.
Guest arrivals will include a light lunch at Sotol Lobby Bar and meals will be provided throughout the event, ending with breakfast before guest departures.
Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be available throughout the event. Thursday & Friday evening, open bar ends at 11 PM and Saturday evening, open bar ends at midnight.
Yes, guests will receive ground transportation for all Stars & Stripes related activities while in Cabo, from the moment you land at SJD to the moment you get dropped back off at SJD. Any special requests should be coordinated directly with Paco Olivares at paco.olivares@loscabosincentives.com.
The Hilton Los Cabos offers private babysitting services at an additional cost as well as a “Cabo Kids” Activity Center with free, fun activities. For private babysitting services, please coordinate directly with: enjoy.loscabos@hilton.com
